We, the committee, would like to thank the members of the Will Rogers Class of 1964 for attending our 50th Reunion Celebration. It was because of your generosity and support that we were able to have this fabulous weekend. And a fabulous weekend it was! The weather was beautiful and all the activities were fun, but most of all 250+ old friends came together, many for the first time, and picked up right where we left off 50 years ago. And now we'll say "RIDE ON YE ROPERS"!
Johnnie Egbert is requesting help for a mentoring program she is starting at Will Rogers. Some of our students are not currently receiving enough help to reach the school goal of attending TCC on campus, or being successful at this time academically. We are starting a Mentoring Program for the second semester. If you are willing to commit to an hour per week to meet with a student, we need you to sign up today. Mentors are needed to provide support for our students. Mentors will commit to the program 1 day per week, one on one, Thursday-Friday, 1:10-2:00 for High School students and Tuesday-Friday, 1:10-2:00 for Jr. High students. Mentors are a role model, friend, motivator, and listener. If you will consider this opportunity, please contact Johnnie Egbert TODAY! email@example.com
The WRHS Foundation has a program in place this year to offer slightly used Prom dresses to girls at WRHS who might need one. If you have a daughter or granddaughter who has a dress they would like to donate, please use the Contact Tab on this site to let us know.
Please share your contact information with the WRHS Foundation. Making sure that your email is on their list will insure that you stay informed of future WRHS events and programs. Please contact Vicki Gilstrap to make sure you are on the WRHS Foundation list firstname.lastname@example.org
